Client not realistic on price, we got a cheap quote from a driver and the driver had an accident and was unable to do the job, so we went back to client with the next best price we could get.

Not helpful as I was led to believe I had a low price quoted only to be offered a higher price when the courier unfortunately had van trouble when it went of the road!
