Even travel outside of Hungary is enough and I can pick up my dog in Germany (or even Austria). Pet passport is up-to-date, as are all vaccines. My dog is (13 years) old and very friendly. Well trained and very used to long car journeys. She is only about 90cm tall and weighs just 17kgs. (Price negotiable)
